Ernie Moss witnessed a horrific scene. As he was walking his dog, he saw that a ditch was moving. As soon as he offered you without a pit bull the lily was bloody and beaten. He was unable to move as he was connected to an electric wire.
He painstakingly untied the dog and sent it to the Human Capital Area Society (CAHS).
Pit Bull Beats the Odds Tatiana, commonly known as “Tater Tot” or “Taters,” was the Pit Bull’s moniker at CAHS. Tatiana spent almost a year and a half in that shelter, slowly recovering from her injury problems. Her situation turned out to be far more serious than anyone had imagined.
“It was clear from the start that being confined and left for death in the cold was not her only concern,” CAHS said. “With just a cursory glance, it was clear that she was suffering from severe brain trauma. She was sent to a local veterinary clinic for treatment and diagnostic tests right away.”
Tatiana was brought to Mackenzie’s Animal Sanctuary after receiving basic medical care, where she was greeted with love and support. She was still apprehensive around pets and people, particularly guys. Anyone who regained her trust would take a long time to do so. Despite the fact that Tatiana’s abuser was apprehended, shelter workers feel that he was not properly punished. He did not enter a plea to the accusations of animal abuse. He was sentenced to 43 days in prison rather than the 93 days he had been ordered to serve. He should have been punished far more severely for what he did to this beautiful puppy.
Due to the trauma Tatiana was not prepared to adapt, she was afraid of abuse.
Housing workers, on the other hand, gradually gained her trust. She immediately made a name for herself at the shelter. Tatiana was not considered adoptive and was afraid of the world until she was in her final year. Older Pit Bulls, on the other hand, who seek to be the only dog in the house are short-lived.
Tatiana continued to live in the shelter over the years, but that was not enough. As a result, a volunteer named Michelle wanted to be with him. She started feeding Tatiana over the weekends, but she eventually decided to become her permanent full-time adoptive mother.
Tatiana will finally be able to spend her golden years in a loving home after all she has been through, according to Mackenzie’s Sanctuary of Animal Sanctuary. Tatiana has finally found a beloved home to spend the rest of her life after ten years in the housing system. And she seemed to be well placed. She is able to experience love and joy after a terrible past thanks to her good rescuers.
